We are a guesthouse where the hosts live alongside you — a shared life by the sea. Please take a few minutes to read how we host before booking.
主人住在大廳後方及 2 樓。入住時，我們會帶你完整認識環境、各項設備與垃圾分類方式，讓您們能順暢使用所有居家設備，若有損害則須照價賠償。
The hosts live behind the hall and upstairs. On arrival, we'll walk you through the house, its facilities, and how we sort the recycling, so everything is easy to use. Please note that any damage to the equipment is charged at cost.
住進來之前，這些是我們想先說清楚的事。
主人住在大廳後方及 2 樓，這是一個分享海邊生活的民宿。The hosts live behind the main hall and on the second floor — this is a guesthouse built around sharing a life by the sea.
民宿內設備與資源由入住旅人享用，但謝絕接待非住宿的訪客，亦無法接待寵物。Facilities are reserved for staying guests; we cannot host non-staying visitors or pets.
早餐由旅人發想料理，冰箱備有招待食材，是主人的心意；可再自行添購不足食材。每天早上 7:00–10:00 供應手作麵包。Cook your own breakfast from the welcome ingredients we leave in the fridge (our small gift); feel free to top up anything else. Fresh handmade bread is served 7:00–10:00 each morning.
她們是中型犬米克斯，個性溫馴親人，平日不栓繩圈養。若你極度害怕狗狗或介意，請斟酌衡量。Two gentle, friendly medium-sized mixed-breed dogs roam freely off-leash. If you are very afraid of dogs or would mind, please consider carefully.
入住：下午 4:00 以後；退房：中午 12:00 以前。Check-in after 16:00; check-out before 12:00.
大廳只有風扇、自然風與大扇窗戶調節溫度。夏季建議於戶外中庭用餐，傍晚約 5 點後逐漸轉涼、轉為涼爽的落山風。這是我們對大山大海的微薄敬意；若介意公共大廳無空調，請再思考衡量。The hall is cooled only by fans, sea breeze and large windows. In summer we suggest dining in the courtyard; evenings cool after about 5pm into a pleasant downslope wind. It is our small tribute to the mountains and the sea — if AC-free common areas would bother you, please reconsider.
不提供牙膏、牙刷等一次式盥洗用具，亦不提供瓶裝礦泉水。全棟過濾、大廳設愛惠普 4H2 微米級濾水器，請多喝喝豐濱甜美的水。We do not provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste or bottled water. Water is filtered throughout, with a micron-grade filter in the hall — do enjoy Fengbin's sweet water.
入住時主人會做完整的環境、設備介紹與垃圾分類方式；設備若有損害，須照價賠償。On arrival the hosts give a full orientation of the house, facilities and recycling. Any damage to equipment is charged at cost.
旅人須合力保持適度整潔；主人也會在旅人外出時稍作整理，降低昆蟲入內干擾。Please help keep things reasonably tidy; we will also tidy up while you are out, to keep insects from wandering in.
室內大廳及廚房：06:30–23:00（22:30 起整理大廳、23:00 熄燈關閉）。海景中庭全日開放。Indoor hall and kitchen open 06:30–23:00 (tidying from 22:30, lights out and closed at 23:00). The ocean courtyard is open all day.
廚房為開放式，請盡量避免油煙過大的料理。The kitchen is open-plan; please avoid dishes that create heavy, oily smoke.
外出時若想保持房間涼爽，建議關機讓壓縮機喘息、拉上窗簾關窗，並善用預約開機，回來時一樣舒適。When heading out, switch the AC off to rest the compressor, draw the curtains and close the windows, then use the timer so the room is comfortable on your return.
全棟供應軟水（含外牆水龍頭），軟水機每日供水 9 噸。可攜帶充氣泳池，但建議別太大；夏季若缺水，請斟酌使用水資源。Soft water is supplied throughout (including the outdoor tap), up to 9 tonnes a day. You may bring an inflatable pool, but keep it modest; in case of summer shortage, please use water sparingly.
客房及室內空間嚴格禁菸及電子煙，違反者罰款 1 萬元。嚴禁煙火炮竹，以免干擾傷害大自然生態。Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in rooms and indoors (NT$10,000 fine). Fireworks and firecrackers are forbidden to protect the natural ecology.
為環境與旅人安全，戶外及公共空間設有監視器；我們會確保隱私，僅供公共安全佐證使用。For safety, CCTV is installed outdoors and in common areas. Your privacy is protected and footage is used only as evidence for public safety.
本民宿配備 Tesla TPC 充電樁（6 KW），僅限入住房客免費使用。有充電需求者，請在入住前提前告知，以便安排。We have a Tesla TPC charger (6 KW) available exclusively to staying guests — complimentary. If you plan to charge, please let us know before check-in so we can arrange it for you.
大自然環境難免有蚊蟲，但此地無小黑蚊，蚊子很少且不太叮咬。可放心在這裡好好生活。Nature means the occasional insect, but there are no biting midges here, and mosquitoes are few and rarely bite. Settle in and enjoy.

因一次只接待一組客人，接受訂房即推掉其他預訂。臨時無法前來，一律依交通部「個別旅客訂房定型化契約」退費，並扣手續費 15 元。詳細取消比率見 房價・優惠。As we host one group at a time, every booking means turning others away.
