確認訂房後，請於約定時間內支付訂金以保留日期。
After confirming your booking, please pay the deposit within the agreed time to secure your dates.
以上電子支付皆以金融卡進行。確認後請以 Line 與我們對帳。
因為一天只接待一組客人，每一筆訂房我們都會推掉其他預訂，恕不接受延期。訂金扣款依交通部觀光局《定型化契約》規定如下（扣除預付訂金之比率）。
Because we host only one group a day, every booking means we turn away others. Date changes are not accepted. Deposit forfeitures follow the Taiwan Tourism Bureau standard contract (percentages of the prepaid deposit).
🌀 天災不可抗力：如遇地震、颱風等天災導致交通中斷無法前來，經主管單位發布之訊息，可全額退還訂金 100%。臨時無法前來之個別旅客退費，依交通部「個別旅客訂房定型化契約」辦理，並扣取手續費 15 元。
🌀 Force majeure: If a natural disaster (earthquake, typhoon, etc.) disrupts transportation and official warnings are issued, a full 100% refund of the deposit applies. Individual cancellations are handled under the Taiwan MOTC Individual Traveller Booking Standard Contract, with a NT$15 processing fee deducted.
